How is payment by proxy billed?
AWS payment by proxy supports both prepaid and post-billed payment options. Different payment methods offer different discounts. The agent supports multiple currencies for payment. For more details, you can discuss and negotiate with the account manager.
After proxy payment, can the agent access the customer's cloud data?
Adcros only has billing access for the proxy payment account and cannot access specific business data of the account.
After AWS payment by proxy, who manages the account?
The customer's root account is managed by the customer. The agent handles payment and generates invoices for billing-related matters.
Why should we use AWS through your company? What’s the difference compared to purchasing directly from the official website?
After the customer's account is paid by proxy through Adcros, the account's credit score will increase, and the agent can help the customer increase machine quotas. Additionally, the agent supports assisting the customer in using AWS products and services, and troubleshooting issues.
When will we receive the invoice?
AWS typically takes 1-2 days at the beginning of each month to generate the bill. In the cloud, invoices are usually provided to customers around the 5th of each month.
